  Sealed tenders are invited under Two-bid system (Part-I Technical Bid & Part-II Financial Bid) from eligible bidders for “Conducting Traffic Survey (24 hrs X 7 days) at the existing entry points in Garhwal and Kumaon Region for Uttarakhand Transport &Civic Infrastructure Cess (UTCIC) Collection using portable Automatic Traffic Counter &Classifier (ATCC) Systems, Video Recording and Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems (24 hrs X 7 days) at the existing entry points in Garhwal and Kumaon Region”. The Tender Documents along with details of items can be downloaded from the websites of the http://transport.uk.gov.in. A fee of 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only)+VAT extra, towards the cost of tender documents, along with the Proposal Security must be enclosed in the form of separate Demand Drafts drawn in favour of the “Transport Commissioner, Department of Transport, Government of Uttarakhand” payable at Dehradun and submitted along with the Technical Bid. Interested Bidders may bid in the prescribed format with all enclosures and supporting documents up to April 23, 2016 (1400hrs). Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 1600 hrs.
