Project Name Truck Terminal at Pantnagar Project Brief State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (SIDCUL) (the ?Authority?) is engaged in the development of Integrated Industrial Estate, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand and as part of this endeavour, the Authority has decided to undertake development and operation of the Truck Parking at Integrated Industrial Estate, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand (the ?Project?) through Public Private Partnership (the ?PPP?) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (the DBFOT?) basis. The Authority owns a land admeasuring about 3339 Acres as Industrial Estate, Pantnagar at National Highway no NH 87 out of which land admeasuring about 19 acres has been allotted for the development of the Project.
